I’m working on getting back into shape myself and will certainly try all of your workouts! I’ve been starting with walking after work, a two mile loop everyday and then I’m going to be adding more workouts along with that. Hope to lose 20 pounds, and get my butt toned haha. Thanks Ashley! 🙂
